Exchange Online (M365) - create an account that can ONLY see calendar free/busy

- Well you can also restrict access to the clients, and for OWA there are settings to disable the various "modules" such as Tasks, Contacts, etc. (see OWA mailbox policies: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/exchange/clients-and-mobile-in-exchange-online/outlook-on-the-web/create-outlook-web-app-mailbox-policy)
Some of these should also apply to the new Outlook, but will not apply to mobile clients/classic Outlook.
No, calendar access is tied to having a mailbox.
- Thank you, Vasil. That said, I could disable mail flow to the mailbox so it can't receive or send. Do you know if I can somehow do the same for the mailbox's contacts and tasks?
