- Jun 11, 2024Well you can also restrict access to the clients, and for OWA there are settings to disable the various "modules" such as Tasks, Contacts, etc. (see OWA mailbox policies: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/exchange/clients-and-mobile-in-exchange-online/outlook-on-the-web/create-outlook-web-app-mailbox-policy)
Some of these should also apply to the new Outlook, but will not apply to mobile clients/classic Outlook.

No, calendar access is tied to having a mailbox.
- BrianRMIJun 11, 2024Copper ContributorThank you, Vasil. That said, I could disable mail flow to the mailbox so it can't receive or send. Do you know if I can somehow do the same for the mailbox's contacts and tasks?
