Exchange Newsletter Preview
I'm just working with a dev subscription to test the new 'Outlook Newsletter Preview' and the only documentation i can find is: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365-apps/outlook/manage/...
Although of no use to you at all, we're having this issue too. We have a user who we enabled this for last week and it was working fine, and suddenly it's stopped working. We think that Microsoft are doing something again since it's in preview, but we're not sure.
