Exchange 2016 to 2019 move request failed with error
Dear All,
We are moving user from exchange 2016 environment to newly setup exchange 2019 server. User are moved using new-moverequest, below error throwing back and it failed.
The maximum array length quota (35000000) has been exceeded while reading XML data. This quota may be increased by changing the MaxArrayLength property on the XmlDictionaryReaderQuotas object used when creating the XML reader. --> The maximum array length quota (35000000) has been exceeded while reading XML data.
I do some digging and changed the maxarraylength value from 35000000 to 95000000 but it still failed. What could be the possible cause on this.

- turn out after changing the config file and restart mrs, we still need to delete move request and it should resolved the issue
