Exchange 2016 smtpreceive protocol log max file size
I recently installed/configured an exchange 2016 edge server where I configured the max file size to be 10MB. <ReceiveProtocolLogMaxFileSize>. What Im seeing is that a new log file is being created every hour. Is this a known issue or is there another attribute that is overriding the max file size setting?
I made the setting within get-transportservice local on the edge server.

I think that is a bug? I cant find the switch to change that neither. Exch 2013 honored the max size and documentation indicates it should

Information is written to the log file until the file reaches its maximum size.
