EAC 2016 shows in text only
Good Day,
I have been experiencing an issue with the Exchange Admin Center web page where after logging I am redirected to text only script. I have attached a screenshot of the page display, and I have attempted previous fixes from other users on this site. I have performed the below steps...
-Initial install was using EX16 CU 17, and then upgraded to 19/20 with no change
-Ensured all applicable updates have been installed
-Using the MS Exchange certificate in IIS
-Reset IIS, reset ECPAppPool services, rebuilt the virtual directories for OWA/ECP
-Used Firefox, Edge, and IE
-Verified the default settings for exchange virtual directories; enabled/disabled SSL settings just because...
-Verified my sysadmin permissions, verified all applicable services are running, etc.
-Ran the updatecas and updateconfig files from the Bin folder to no avail
Any other suggestions that I may have missed to attempt would be greatly appreciated.

- Hello, the screenshot shows you are browsing the EAC to localhost, what happens if you browse it with the actual address defined for the EAC in your environment?
- Stewie904Copper ContributorHi there and thank you for the quick response.
I receive the same text-only display whether it’s the local host or the exchange server actual address. I thought it was possibly a GPO issue in our environment but I recreated another server with blocked inheritance with the same outcome. I sifted through the IIS logs and nothing is jumping out at me with the possible problem. Fortunately for now if I need to modify user mailboxes or create connectors, etc., I can still access the exchange shell and make modifications that way. Anything else I can possibly try?- Maybe enabling the browser developer mode to see why the images and CSS are being blocked?
