Hello, the screenshot shows you are browsing the EAC to localhost, what happens if you browse it with the actual address defined for the EAC in your environment?

Hi there and thank you for the quick response.
I receive the same text-only display whether it’s the local host or the exchange server actual address. I thought it was possibly a GPO issue in our environment but I recreated another server with blocked inheritance with the same outcome. I sifted through the IIS logs and nothing is jumping out at me with the possible problem. Fortunately for now if I need to modify user mailboxes or create connectors, etc., I can still access the exchange shell and make modifications that way. Anything else I can possibly try?
