no, but you can block ActiveSync and deploy the Outlook Mobile Client which uses a REST API.
This will containerize the Calendar and Contact information inside the Outlook Mobile app and prevent it from being exfiltrated to the underlying device especially when combined with an Intune App Protection Policy.
