We indeed are working with cached mode. But the shared calendar improvements were disabled in our GPO's. We now have enabled this option. Now wait for the users with good feedback....
The user has tested if enabling the shared calendar improvements solved the problem. Unfortunately it makes no difference. The user still cannot remove appointments from the shared calendar.
It is strange the removing items is not working. Adding items to the calendar although is working... This is configured with the same acces rights. The users has PublishingEditor rights for the calendar, so I don't understand why adding is working, but deleting not.
