Difference between Hybrid Deployment and Connectors in Exchange Online

Hi,

I don't find any information what ist the difference between the Hybrid Deployment and the Connectors in order to control the flow of email messages to and from my Microsoft 365 organization. Can you help me with some information regarding the comparison of these two methods?
