Delete e-mail account from the EAC how?

Hi,

I have a question:

I try to delete a e-mail account from the Exchange admin center but there is no option to delete the mailbox? And i don't know why......

 

When i select this account there is no delete option or button.

 

But when i select a other account:

Than there is a option to : Delete (as you can see)

But i don't know why there is for some accounts no option to delete the account.

 

Did anyone have any idea?

 

I can delete the account in the Office 365 admin center but i don't want to delete the office license and onedrive account

    One is a shared mailbox which doesn't require a license and one is a user, where the mailbox is created because it has a Exchange Online license.

    To remove just the mailbox for the user, first you'll need to remove the EXO service option from the license that is assigned to the user. There's a good description of the process here.
