Delays when sending or receiving emails
Hi all,
Multiple customers are experiencing huge delays when sending and/or receiving emails.
Emails eventually are successfully delivered to inboxes or quarantined.

12/12/2023, 5:22 PM | Send external | Message sent to xxxxxxxx-xxxx.mail.protection.outlook.com at 52.101.73.1 using TLS1.2 with AES256

Hi all,
I can confirm this temporary workaround.
Exclude all custom domains from the Exchange Online Protection (EOP) and Defender for Office 365.
