Creating a rule to redirect email from specific external email to specific user inside org
Hi all, I am trying to create a rule which stops emails from going to any users within org and redirect to a specific person in org only! I cant seem to get it to work this is my current set ...
Try the "The message > To or CC box contains this person" condition instead. Also make sure that the "Match sender address in message" setting is set to Header and Envelope.
