Can't get Exchange inbox to sync on Android Outlook app

If your mailbox is in Exchange Online, you should use the Microsoft 365 option when setting up the account in the app initially.
When you're mailbox is on-prem on Exchange 2013, maybe check if your device is in Quarantine.
If other users can connect to their mailbox on your device, I would suggest checking the Remote Connectivity Analyzer for ActiveSync issues with your account.
Also, make sure your own account is not a Domain Admin or Enterprise Admin.
