Build Number Not Updating
Exchange 2016 CU23. The build number shows as 15.1.2507.17 in both Exchange Admin Center and Exchange Management Shell. I have installed 4 SU's since installing .17 (.21, .23, .27, .32). They all ...

That would make sense, but at the moment we are out of luck. Microsoft have outlined how to get the version of Exchange in the below link, but none of the include the EAC!

HealthChecker also shows the version at 15.1.2507.032.
I am thinking I am safe to remove all of the large files that correspond to the previous versions.
