Hi.&nbsp;I have on my registrar:A&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; domainname.com&nbsp; &nbsp;IP ADDRESSA&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; mail&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;IP ADDRESSCNAME&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Autodiscover&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;mail.domainname.comSRV&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 0 0 443&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; mail.domainname.com&nbsp;So, when test my settings on https://testconnectivity.microsoft.com/Exchange ActiveSync - Test OK (it gets SRV record)Outlook Connectivity - Test FailIt does not read CNAME record and SRV records, only get record from domainname.com CPanel settings, like https://domainname.com/autodiscover/autodiscover.xml&nbsp;with wrong settings.Thanks.

Microsoft's test connectivity utility will loop through multiple autodiscover namespaces. Not all will be successful. Just go through the results and make sure the namespace you want to be successful is successful.
