432 4.3.2 STOREDRV.Deliver; recipient thread limit exceeded exchange 2016
Hi Guys,
Recently I am getting 432 4.3.2 STOREDRV.Deliver; recipient thread limit exceeded on my exchange server 2016 and internal email are stuck in queue for a long time. Eventually the email will be delivered to mailbox but it take times like 1 or 2 hours.
I googled around and does not fund anything specific on this error.
Seeking some advice, what shoul
- After digging, the issue is because one of our server performing very badly. This server is not performing best and eventually we fine tune the hardware and mail flow issue not reappearing

Issue :
"email is backing up in the Exchange Submission Queue and the following errors are displayed in Queue Viewer:
432 4.3.2 storedriver component has been retired
432 4.3.2 STOREDRV.Deliver; mailbox database thread limit exceeded"
mail flow is stopped and added below values still same issue.
