- After digging, the issue is because one of our server performing very badly. This server is not performing best and eventually we fine tune the hardware and mail flow issue not reappearing

- Can you provide some insight as to what performance problems you were seeing with the hardware?
We have a similar issue that has started happening out-of-the-blue with no (known) changes to hardware.- Need help ...
Issue :
"email is backing up in the Exchange Submission Queue and the following errors are displayed in Queue Viewer:
432 4.3.2 storedriver component has been retired
432 4.3.2 STOREDRV.Deliver; mailbox database thread limit exceeded"
mail flow is stopped and added below values still same issue.
any suggestion....
