2016 Exchange Delegation Federation certificate about to expire

I have a hybrid 2016 Exchange with Office 365 environment. Exchange Delegation Federation certificate about to expire. I found this https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/exchange/renew-the-federation-certificate-exchange-2013-help but not sure if the Step 3 applicable to my environment or not. I also wonder if the Renew link on the screen can comlete all bits an pieces automatically?
