Vlookup returning N/A except for three cells

The data in column C isn't clean, it contains many leading spaces!
You need to clean these spaces using https://support.office.com/en-us/article/TRIM-function-410388FA-C5DF-49C6-B16C-9E5630B479F9. I've done that for you in the attached file.
