v look up for a fixed Value in 3 raws to bring all of opposite values

I have

Column 1= Column 2

Mohamed= Mechanic

Mohamed= Electrical

Mohamed = Generator

I want to compare or V look same Mohamed in another Sheet to add the values in 3rd column

Column1= Column2 = column3

Mohamed= Mechanic= bring value from Sheet 1

Mohamed=Electrical= bring Value from sheet 1

Mohamed= (blank)= bring value from Sheet 1 

which Function to use; knowing that sometimes the names doesn't match Like below

Column1= Column 2

Mohamed= Mechanical

Mohamed= Electric 

and I have a very long list so I cannot change Mohamed name to for ex Mohamed 1, Mohamed 2, Mohamed 3
