Using vlookup to affect an entire column

I have two workbooks. WB1 has account information and point balances. WB2 has account information and color fills that I've got to keep (why I can't just use WB1). I need to get the point balances in...

I tried that, but everything is all 0s and N/As.

seem like data: accountInfo could be different "type" in WB1 and WB2. 

Normally it looks nicer to do "ifna(vlookup(...),"")

 

another place you can check is the vlookup, make sure the $ there
