Using the IF formula to change a cell's text color
I am trying to do an IF formula that will show me RED text in the cell if the variance percentage is greater than 100, conversely, show black text color if less than 100%...... help?!?!

You have to have two rules, one for each color. Red if >1 (aka 100%) and black rule for <1
