Using Excel to retrieve data fromm web site which requires search parameters

Hi all - I am a real estate appraiser. Everyday I use an industry aggregation web site which provides information on real estate sales and other statistics. Usually I go to the web page for the site, enter a bunch of search parameters and get a resulting page. I know how to copy a URL and use that as a source for an excel spreadsheet. What I'm trying to develop is a way to use excel as a sort of API that allows me to enter the search parameters while connected to the wen site and then pull the resulting data back into a spreadsheet. I have attached a jpg of a portion of the search mask to give some idea of the parameters that are required/allowed.
