"Use in formula" tab missing in my Excel formula ribbon (HELP)

Question

I have the Office professional Plus 2019.

In my Excel, if you open the formula ribbon, normally I believe there should be a section where there is (from top to bottom) "Define Name", "Use in Formula", and then "Create from Selection".

However, as shown in the picture, my "Use if Formula" is missing.

Does anyone else have this problem with the Office professional Plus 2019 Excel version?

I'd love to know what's wrong.

Don't have 2019, but ribbon looks like one for Mac&nbsp;https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/msoffice/forum/all/where-is-name-manager-in-excel-for-mac-the-excel/bb07e680-3947-4697-8b08-50525c7bed3c. In any case, Use in formula is not available if you have no names
