Unable to find Add-Ins category!

Hi Sir,

 

I am Kishore, Masters's student in Data Science. I need to practice Analytical calculations with some datasets. I am unable to find Add-Ins Category. The file path used is as follows File->Options->Add-Ins. Please help me Sir to get all the excel features for free that will help my studies. Thank You Sir.

    Hello I want to copy cells to paste them with binding on another tab. Except that when I select paste with link, it opens a page with a link that I did not copy, my cell does not stick. More surprisingly, when I make a simple collage it works. For information I am on Mac and Excel 2021. I do not know if I was clear in my explanations. Thanks in advance
