shanyun were you able to solve this issue? I have the same problem where Data Analysis is not showing up on my Data tab.
supermanZ I did a https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/repair-an-office-application-7821d4b6-7c1d-4205-aa0e-a6b40c5bb88b (which seems to have uninstalled my Office and installed it again), and then I did the trick mentioned here: remove the add-in(s) and add them again. Only then did they finally appear!
Update: the next time I opened Excel - it disappeared again, and removing / adding the add-ins didn't work. Most annoying...
