Trying to run a Macro created in windows on a mac

I have a macro that needs to open files and copy and past data. It works just fine on my windows desktop, but I can't get it to work on my macbook air. It won't even open the first file, it says it isn't saved in the location where it is saved. Any insight on what the issue is?
