Trying to remove duplicates of defined name data within macro

Hi all, I'm relatively new to excel and having a slight problem with a macro enabled workbook. 

The Macro enabled draws data from one sheet to another via specific codes inserted into the form page  - this all works fine.

However I somehow need to have the end result removed of any duplicate costs - I have defined each section of data with specific names in the hopes this would make it easier as each Code is unique but some have the same price as they are within the same group. But I am unable to use the defined names as a filter subject. 

 

So basically I was just wondering if anyone had any ideas?
