trigonometry functions not working the way I expect

I want the degrees of an angle given the Hypotenuse and the side opposite. The Hyp is 558.33 the side opp is 483.47 it is about 30 degrees. the formula I am using is =DEGREES(SINH(483.47/558.33)) but...

    So the function for this is ASIN() thanks for the help Jeff, you got me to look in the right direction.
