transfering only specific data if it meet a certain criteria

I am trying to take information from one workbook to another if it meets a certain criteria.  For example, I have a workbook with 20+ sheets.  I want to take certain rows of information to a new workbook if a certain cell matches (MN, CO, i.e. state), and all the data that goes along with on that line.  What for formula should I use?
