tracking across sheets

I am tracking certificate completion for employees and want to be able to let them know when they happen to be close to completing others, as many of them contain the same classes. 

Each sheet has the course names in column A and a spot for the final grade in column B. I would like that if I enter a grade on any sheet, the workbook will carry that grade over to any other sheet with the same course of the same name.
