Forgive me for responding in English, but I don't have French Excel and I trust you can translate my message in your browser or some other service.
Select the chart. Then, on the Chart Design ribbon select the Add Chart Element icon on the far left. Select Axis Titles. Oddly enough it indeed does not let you select the Secondary Vertical axis, but when you press 'More Axis Title Options...' a title box will appear with the secondary axis as well.
Yes, thank you, I’ve already tried that, but I can’t figure out how to add another axis besides the two that are already there. I want to place an extra one on the right side of my chart, not just the usual two.
You want a third vertical axis? Don't believe that's possible.
