Template from MS

Question

I downloaded Invoice Template from MS. I have (2) problems:

1) When I copy and paste from notes the sentences dont align (I have tried the Format left, etc.) Once the work is completed I gor to save as PDF and the sentences dont line up and I need to spacebar and check until its correct.

2) I want to copy and paste from notes and do each paste s a cell, however, ech time the orange line appears (so, if I present a proposal or Invoice each cell is underlined which looks bad throughout the document).

Im really looking for a seamless copy and paste from Notes to Excel, may not exist.

Martin3018007&nbsp;Which template would that be? There are many MS templates available that deal with Invoicing.

Martin3018007&nbsp;This doesn't look likek a usable template to me. It's more like a tutorial about how you can use Excel to create invoices with tables, named ranges and not using merged cells.Thus not sure why you chose this particular one and what you are trying to achieve with it.

If you go to Microsoft Templates that one comes up, I sent a picture of it so you can find it. If you notice the tan underline is what I want to alter. Thanks

Martin3018007&nbsp;Yeah! I did see the 'template' and still thinks it's more like a tutorial than a usable template. Anyhow, if you refer to the horizontal lines below each invoice row, that's a custom table format that the creator of this 'template' chose.This can be altered by selecting any cell within the table. Then on the Table ribbon, you'll find a group of icons called Table Styles. Click on the arrow pointing downwards to display all styles. Pick one you like, create your own or modify an existing one.
