Task Calendar Trouble
I need to set up a monthly task calendar. Easy part. I'm setting up the calendar so that each day of the month, excel picks one random task, out of ten, for my employees to perform. The trouble I'm having is setting parameters.
1) no task performed 2 days in a row.
2) no task performed twice in one week
3) all tasks performed twice a month, where most will be performed three times in one month.
4) the tasks not performed three times in one month, due to short month, will be performed three times the following month.
Can anyone help?
Thanks

Nobody seems to have picked-up your question and it made me re-think about what you actually are asking for. Why bother randomising? It just makes it complicated. All task must be performed with the same frequency during a given year. Or am I wrong? The easiest would be to just start with Task1 the first working day of the year, Task 2 on the second day and so on. If you hadn't thought about that yourself yet, the attached workbook gives a very quick and dirty solution.
I assumed that Saturdays and Sundays are not working days. If incorrect, you can adjust the "x" marks yourself. Or perhaps you need to exclude more working days to account for public holidays. Play around with the filter buttons to create a display that suits you best.

The tasks have to be completed each day including Saturday and Sunday.
I don't think Excel is capable, or rather, I'm not familiar enough with Excel, to crack this nut.
Thanks again for your response
