I have a workbook with ten columns to add the totals on. Summation works on six of them and I only get a zero on the remainder. How do I get it to add the numbers in the last three colu

Thanks, Hans. No text in there and it is not sensitive to alignment. What is strange is that it worked on the first six columns. I have only used 31 KB it shouldn't be a memory issue.

It is not sensitive to various settings of alignment.

Could you attach a small sample workbook demonstrating the problem (without sensitive data), or if that is not possible, make it available through OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox or similar?

Thanks. You have circular references: the formula in K3 is =SUM(B3:K3), so the formula refers to the cell itself. This prevents Excel from recalculating. Change the formula in K3 to =SUM(B3:J3), then fill down to K93.
The sum in K95 will then be calculated correctly.
