sum of cells
I would like to add the lines of Mechelen and Kempen.
These lines repeat from January 2007 to December 2017. I have to keep a line with the result in each month of each year .
ex: addition of mechelen January 2007 + kempen 2007. The result can be taken on a separate line named "Mechelen-Kempen" or on the Mechelen's line.
How can I do?

How can I re-integrate these values in my Original table?
- I'm afraid I do not understand why you would want to do that. The pivot table displays a summary of your raw data, it is highly unusual to update raw data with summarised data from a pivot table.
