Sum different qualifiers from separate sheets on a YTD sheet
I have 28 sheets for different two week pay periods for the whole year. Each person can have different lettered time off for the time pay period. I need to sum the different lettere...

The cell references aren't calculating accurately on this sample but they work on the full workbook. For this question, I just need to figure out how to sum the YTD total for each leave type for each person using a 3d reference across all sheets.
Lucy_McMahon I fixed the references and added both the totals on each sheet (but don't think that is what you really want) and new columns for the counts which can then be used for the overall summary as shown. I did counts but as I showed in totals, you could convert that to hours.
- This is close. The powers that be are looking for hours YTD per type per person.
