SUBTOTAL Filtered Text
Need SUBTOTAL or other formula for count Filtered & Visible text and date (don't want to count "0" or "-")
Could you post a quick example file or picture. if this sort of thing isn't what you need...
=COUNTIFS(A1:A100,"<>0",A1:A100,"<>"&"-",A1:A100,"<>")
=COUNTIFS(A1:A100,"<>0",A1:A100,"<>"&"-",A1:A100,"<>")
Filter time total value not showing proper value.

Could you clarify what result you are trying to obtain. It’s not clear to me sorry.Wyn HopkinsI need Sum or Count "Not Done" word when applying Filter
I would add a helper column using AGGREGATE to switch between 1 and 0 when a filter is applied. Then you can use a COUNTIFS to reference that column in addition to the Not Done column
Where filter is applied, where is the time in the sample (dates only), what is current formula for totals, for which columns ignore 0 and "-" ?
