Stockhistory not working on excel

I have a 365 license and use both a windows PC and a Mac. On windows the stock history function has disappeared while I can see and use the 'stocks' function in data. 

On a Mac the stock & geography functions have disappeared totally , the data wont refresh. Bizarrely the stockhistory function is in excel but when you try and run it it shows #BLOCKED. 

Any help would be apprecaited
