Stock data types not refreshing

My (Mac) laptop is in hospital getting fixed.  I have to use Office 365 on my MacMini instead.  So far so good, but a spreadsheet I use to track investments no longer updates when being asked to refresh the stock data types.  I signed out and re-signed in as suggested by Excel but still get no response when asking for a refresh.  The data types are recognized as Stocks but a refresh command produces no result.  I tried on a new spreadsheet with no result either.  No error message either.

At times in the past, the stock server has been down.  Do any other user have the same problem?
