Teams Webinars Registration - getting error messages when trying to access the registration link

Many (not all) are getting error messages "Something went wrong" when trying to access the registration link (me included). We’ve found that you can get around this error by either:

• Clearing your cookies (the most simple solution, but I’m worried that people will have trouble figuring out how to do it even with instructions)
• Opening the link in a private browsing window (this prompts the user to log back into their outlook account which then fixes the problem)
• Opening the link in Google chrome (this also prompts the user to log back into their outlook account)

Could you advise what to do to fix this?
