Solver function constraint

Question

I am looking for a way to optimize an output, with the constraints for the variables not to be more than 3 decimal places without any rounding.&nbsp;&nbsp;For e.g, I want to change the CL while&nbsp;constraining all the Z columns to be less than 3 decimal places. I&nbsp;am looking to&nbsp;the solver function but&nbsp;can't see a way&nbsp;to make a decimal&nbsp;constraint. &nbsp;Can anyone help?

Just set&nbsp;decimal places as 3 in nubmer format.
