slowdown when using filters

I'm having trouble working with filters in Office Professional Plus 2016 Excel.
When opening the spreadsheet and clicking on the filter, there is a slowness to update the data, taking up to 20 minutes, from the second filter it works normally.
Occurs on many sheets of different users across the enterprise.
Build Version: Microsoft Excel 2016 16.0.5395.1000, MSO 16.0.5366.1000, 64bits.

Note: It occurs in worksheets with local data, with external data, using PowerPivot or not, that is in all cases.
