In the Desktop adaptation you could right snap and select the Report Connections yet I can't see this anyplace on the Online rendition.
If u manage to apply a slicer then in slicer settings you'll be able to connect other pivot tables.
As a comment, that is 6 years old question. A lot was done since that time.
