Seperating information from one cell into multiple cells
Hi All, I have a spreadsheet with a large amount of data but unfortunately the person that uploaded this has put all the information in one cell per line as opposed to all the rest of the spreadshee...
Mark_74 If there a clear and distinct separator to split the text string by, you can use Text To Columns, found on the Data ribbon. It's a three step process. Just click and follow the instructions, but work on a copy of the data first so you can always start from scratch if the end result isn't what you want it to be.
