Semi real time linked excel cells between ethernet linked computers, each running independent Macros

I have two computers, one Excel 2013 and the other Excel 2016.  One is updating stock prices and calculating "Buy / Sell" weighting values.  The values are updated with a timed Macro, updating every minute.  Lots of copy / paste.   

  The second computer is hooked to the first with a Ethernet cable.  The second computer is hooked up to the market and is to buy and sell based on real time stock values, and the weighed values from the first computer.  The second computer is updated with a timed Macro, updating every 6 seconds.  

  Running two macros at the same time on the same computer is not going to work.  

  So, I need a way to update the "Weighted Value" cell in the second computer as part of the 6 second Macro.  

How can I do this?
