Segregate duplicate rows followed by see my below msg

If you can't understand my below msg i have attached excel along with this so tat u can have a clear idea of what i need.

I need to filter the duplicate rows in a column  followed by the segregate the duplicate rows should be formuated in

COLUMN A TO H IN A DUPLICATED ROW SHOULD BE IN A SINGLE ROW AND

COLUMN I SHOULD BE DUPLICATED 1ROW-DUPLICATE 2ROW

COLUMN J SHOULD BE DUPLICATED 1ROW/DUPLICATE 2ROW
