Security Settings for Linked Data Types and Dynamic Data Exchange not available

Using Excel 2016 (Office 365)

Microsoft Excel for Office 365 MSO (16.0.10730.20304) 64-bit

We are trying to troubleshoot why an excel spreadsheet with formulas is taking a long time to calculate (15 minutes). There is another computer we tested on and it calculates in about 45 Seconds.

Two difference I noticed on the computer that runs the calculations faster, are:

Security settings for Linked Data Types

and

Security settings for Dynamic Data Exchange.

I am including a screenshot.

On my computer, I do not have those 2 additional options.

I have already enabled DDE using the registry:
