screen movement
When I move my mouse cursor over an excel screen's field of view, the field will move with it, at least partially. How do I stop this annoying feature?

gerikson The movement of cursor can not move any data/field of excel sheet unless you are dragging the data. Please show how your data field is moving with a screen recording.
