SAP INTEGRATION WITH EXCEL 365

Any help,how to integrate SAP (ECC6) with excel 365 to export data in attached format

I only want to integrate and run any of the transaction code thru excel 365 only

    Just for more clarification...I want o put a Tcode and Variant and run that particular transaction,save the output directly in one folder
